
Klára Fraňková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University, with a focus on private, criminal, and constitutional law. Part of her studies were completed at the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her research focuses primarily on freedom of expression in the digital environment, platform regulation, and corporate law; she publishes her findings in leading Czech legal journals. She gained professional experience as a paralegal at a law firm and notary office, as an intern at the Constitutional Court, and at the Office of the Government Agent representing the Czech Republic before the European Court of Human Rights. She is able to conduct proceedings in Czech, Slovak, and English.
The Digital Ombudsman is a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA). We defend the rights of online platform users throughout the EU. Certification was granted by the Slovak Council for Media Services.
